You'll be working with a modern technology stack including NextJS, TypeScript, and React to build resilient, high-capacity UI platforms that support the firm's trading operations. The position involves working in a microservices trading environment, integrating with multiple front and back-office systems to manage risk and settlement. The team uses cutting-edge technologies including Next.js, TypeScript, react-query, NX monorepo, and real-time WebSocket communications. Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer - React & Typescript
- Designing and building next-generation Trading UI platform
- Working with technologists, traders, and quants to deliver business solutions
- Staying updated on latest web UI libraries and open-source tools
- Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion
- Managing full Software Delivery Lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and support
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer - React & Typescript
- Strong experience developing in TypeScript and React
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numerate degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics)
- Experience in financial services, front-office environment is a bonus
