Responsibilities For Product Manager

  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to develop product roadmaps and strategy
  • Drive process and technical improvements to product onboarding
  • Develop thought leadership and customer-centric vision
  • Own agile development process through story creation and product delivery
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand client needs
  • Partner with external partners to promote Merchant Services offerings
  • Support controls and compliance requirements
  • Manage product lifecycle end-to-end
  • Create and deliver customer experiences
  • Structure and present reporting to senior management

Requirements For Product Manager

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field + 2 years experience OR Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience
  • Experience with creating Product Roadmaps and Product Strategy through MS PowerPoint or Confluence
  • Experience with JIRA for writing deliverables and Epics
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodology
  • Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • SQL and Oracle database knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Word
  • Experience with UI/UX design tools including Figma, Balsamiq and Sketch
