Description For Security Engineer III - Vulnerability Assessment

As a key member of the global Cybersecurity & Technology Controls vulnerability scanning team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will be responsible for delivering secure vulnerability management solutions. This Senior Security Engineer role requires 3+ years of experience and focuses on conducting thorough network vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security threats.

You will be working with enterprise-level vulnerability management systems, collaborating on network architecture and design, and implementing security solutions across multiple networks. The role involves hands-on experience with cloud security platforms, automation tools, and vulnerability scanning tools like Rapid7, Tenable Nessus, or Qualys.

Key responsibilities include facilitating security requirements implementation, developing cloud security solutions, designing end-to-end automation strategies, and ensuring quality control of engineering deliverables. You'll work closely with technologists, stakeholders, and senior business leaders to drive security initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in network architecture, cloud security, and vulnerability management. Certifications in AWS, Networking, or Security are preferred.
