Sr Product Manager - Software Development

The Employee Platforms group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Enterprise Video and Voice Product Line. This role is part of the Collaboration and Communication Product Line, responsible for developing and supporting enterprise-wide solutions that enable our 300,000+ global workforce to effectively collaborate.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for our world-class voice and video backbone products, including building, managing, and developing global carrier connections and voice integration products. You'll work with a distributed team across New Jersey, Ohio, Bangalore, London, and Hyderabad to deliver solutions that eliminate barriers to collaboration in hybrid working environments.

The role involves understanding customer needs, translating them into prioritized backlog items, monitoring customer engagement, and managing stakeholder expectations. You'll be working in a collaborative, trusting environment that values diversity of thought and drives innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML, cloud computing, and big data.

Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, conducting market research, managing business metrics, maintaining product roadmaps, and overseeing go-to-market plans. You'll also lead customer advisory boards and manage senior stakeholder relationships while ensuring robust risk measures throughout the development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise technology product management, with proven success in delivering collaboration solutions. You should have excellent communication skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
