Aumni - Software Engineering, Data - Sr Associate

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Data to join their Aumni's Internal Facing Data Platform team. This role is part of the Digital Private Markets business, which is creating an integrated suite of transactional and analytics solutions focused on private markets.

As a Software Engineer, Data, you will be instrumental in implementing data infrastructure and delivering data products across the organization in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of an innovative multi-disciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and securities professionals.

The role involves building and maintaining data warehouses, creating ETL/ELT pipelines, and working with pub/sub architectures for real-time data processing. You'll be responsible for writing scalable SQL queries, creating secure production code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong SQL expertise, and practical experience with data warehousing and event-driven systems. Knowledge of technologies like Debezium/Kafka, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake is preferred. Experience in Venture Capital/Private Equity is a plus.
