Description For BI Developer – Associate

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in BI and Analytics to join our Asset and Wealth Management Finance Transformation and Analytics team. As a Business Intelligence Developer – Associate, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions, working with various BI technologies including Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau. You'll be tasked with defining, refining, and achieving set objectives for our firm on a daily basis.

The role involves working with large datasets, developing complex queries and dashboards, and supporting the MIS team in query optimization. You'll be working in an agile environment, implementing CI/CD workflows, and coordinating with product owners to deliver scalable visualization solutions.

We're looking for someone with strong DW-BI skills and extensive experience in data warehouse and visualization technologies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in data wrangling tools, visualization platforms, and database technologies. You'll be working with multiple data sources and handling large volumes of data, converting raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities For BI Developer – Associate

  • Design technical and information architecture for MIS and Reporting Environments
  • Support MIS team in query optimization and deployment of BI technologies
  • Scope, prioritize and coordinate activities with product owners
  • Design and develop complex queries for dashboards/reports
  • Work on agile improvements and implement CI/CD workflow
  • Design and develop complex dashboards from large datasets

Requirements For BI Developer – Associate

MongoDB
Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 7+ years experience in Data warehouse and visualization
  • Strong experience in data wrangling tools like Alteryx
  • Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools
  • Working knowledge in querying databases (MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Strong knowledge of database architecture
  • Experience in end-to-end ETL processes
  • Good communication and analytical skills
