Client Solutions Architect-Payments-Executive Director

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Director for their Payments Merchant Services division. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities to transform customer challenges into innovative solutions. As a technical expert for a set of products, you'll be responsible for designing solutions to address complex client problems and leading teams in successful client consultations.

The position requires an experienced professional who can leverage advanced technical capabilities to innovate on product solutions, design, and modifications. You'll work closely with Sales teams on high-level pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning while serving as a key member of JPMorgan account teams.

• Leading and managing Client Solutions Architect teams
• Partnering with Development and Delivery teams for product enhancements
• Acting as the "Voice of the Customer" to bring insights to leadership
• Defining customer strategy and accelerating solution adoption
• Serving as a subject matter expert on payments solutions
