As a Client Solutions Architect in Merchant Services, you'll be at the forefront of innovating and supporting the sales process for technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions. You'll leverage your technical expertise in specific products and industries to develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track product usage, and ensure successful outcomes.
The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, API architecture, and the software development lifecycle. You'll work closely with sales teams, technical client teams, and internal stakeholders to configure and modify firm products, deliver technical demonstrations, and drive solution adoption.
Key aspects of the role include leading product configuration, supporting sales in solution planning, engaging with technical client teams, and identifying product enhancement opportunities. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on payments solutions and act as the Voice of the Customer to bring insights and trends to leadership.
