Client Solutions Architect - Payments - Vice President

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Architect for their Payments division at the Vice President level. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities to develop and implement innovative payment solutions for complex client needs.

As a Client Solutions Architect in Merchant Services, you'll be instrumental in bridging product capabilities with real-world challenges. You'll work closely with Sales teams to configure and modify firm products, engage with technical client teams, and serve as a subject matter expert in payments solutions.

The role requires deep technical understanding of payment systems and API architecture, along with strong client engagement skills. You'll be responsible for leading solution configurations, supporting sales processes, and acting as the Voice of the Customer to bring insights to leadership and product teams.

Key responsibilities include leading product configurations, supporting sales in pricing and planning, delivering technical demonstrations, and identifying product enhancement requirements based on client feedback. You'll also collaborate on RFP responses and work to accelerate solution adoption.
