Controls Manager

As a Controls Manager within the Cross Border Control Framework team, you will be the first line of defence against operational risks, ensuring a sustainable and disciplined control environment. You will work with multiple business partners globally to ensure compliance and manage emerging risks.

The role involves developing a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from data, formulating complex reporting, and leading initiatives. You'll work with data integration tools like Qlik Sense, Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL to ensure data accuracy. The position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, excellent communication abilities, and project management experience.

You'll be part of the Asset & Wealth Management division, which delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. The Control Management team maintains a strong control environment through a joint accountability model focusing on Control Design & Expertise, Risks & Controls Identification/Assessment, Issues & Control Deficiencies and Control Governance & Reporting.
