Description For Cyber Intelligence Product Manager

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Cyber Intelligence Product Manager to join their Cybersecurity Technology and Controls team. This role is an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. The position focuses on developing and managing products that provide significant customer value while ensuring top-tier security and protection.

As a Cyber Intelligence Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting strategy for Brand Protection, Fraud Prevention, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Modeling across the firm. You'll work within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group, which aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable product features.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of applied security experience, strong product management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You'll be expected to maintain multi-year roadmaps, manage complex firm-wide product developments, and ensure alignment with audit and regulatory commitments. This is a High Risk Role (HRR) requiring enhanced pre-hire screening including criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities For Cyber Intelligence Product Manager

  • Develop strategic thinking and maintain a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap
  • Manage Product and assist in leading complex, firm-wide product developments
  • Collaborate cross-team to ensure seamless integration with key product domains
  • Develop a roadmap to assist in creating and maintaining a multi-year product roadmap
  • Communicate adaptively based on contextual needs
  • Align Regulatory to ensure audit and regulatory commitments
  • Resolve issues and effectively resolve project issues
  • Evaluate Data from multiple sources
  • Report at senior-level presentations and ongoing reporting

Requirements For Cyber Intelligence Product Manager

  • Formal training or certification on security concepts and 5+ years of applied experience
  • Experience as an Architect/Engineer, Technology Product Owner/Manager, or Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys
  • General knowledge to provide product management artifacts and deliverables
  • Experience to develop and analyze product architecture
  • Understanding of threat landscape analysis
  • Proficient in customer-centric mode and risk methodologies
  • Excellent communication, influence and negotiating skills
  • Financial sector experience preferred
  • Supplier/Vendor management experience preferred
