Executive Director, Product Architecture

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director of Product Architecture to join their Payments & Banking Digital & Design team. This is a senior leadership role focused on guiding product development across multiple functional areas.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including technology, product, UI/UX and business to define product requirements and ensure optimal delivery of digital experiences. The primary focus is on delivering progressive, modern and engaging digital products while maintaining cost efficiency.

As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle from vision and roadmap development through execution. Key responsibilities include managing product development, risk assessment, and achieving business growth targets. You'll need to continuously adapt strategies, develop new products and methodologies, while optimizing for cost, features, reusability and reliability.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of product management experience and 7+ years working cross-functionally across product, engineering, UX/UI, sales and other stakeholders. A strong blend of both product and technical expertise is essential. Understanding of the Payments and Banking landscape is preferred.
