  • Build relationships with stakeholders and shape vision for assessment products
  • Lead design, development, validation and implementation of assessment products
  • Stay abreast of technological and legal developments in assessment field
  • Engage with legal, compliance, and analytics teams
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user experience teams
  • Partner with change management and learning/training teams
  • Draft assessment product documentation

Requirements For HR Assessments Product Manager Vice President

  • MA or PhD degree in industrial organizational psychology or related field
  • 6+ years of applied experience with selection assessment projects
  • Experience with launching new assessments including integration, UAT, change management, and training
  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams
  • Experience leading large, complex projects/programs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
