Infrastructure Engineer III- Automation and Cloud Engineer

JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial institution with over 200 years of history, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer III to join our Employee Platforms, Collaboration and Communication team. This role offers an opportunity to work at one of the world's most iconic financial institutions where infrastructure is of paramount importance.

As an Infrastructure Engineer III, you will utilize your strong knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing critical infrastructure components, including Windows systems, storage technologies, and cloud platforms. The role involves hands-on work with automation, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.

Your responsibilities will include administering Windows operating systems, managing DFS paths and servers, handling storage technologies, and implementing automation processes using Python or PowerShell. You'll work with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and utilize DevOps tools to streamline workflows. The role also involves managing incident response, change processes, and complex data center activities.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of infrastructure experience, strong knowledge of scripting languages, and familiarity with cloud technologies. You should have a solid understanding of storage technologies, automation, and data center operations. Experience with AI concepts and prompt engineering is a plus.
