As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Network Rapid Response SME (Subject Matter Expert) Team, you'll be part of a high-performing team delivering infrastructure and performance excellence. You'll work with customers and be accountable for production incidents, problems, change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management and product evolution. Your expertise in various network technologies and standards will be crucial for troubleshooting and solving complex mission-critical problems.

- Lead network operations and infrastructure engineering initiatives
- Drive workstreams and projects involving multiple infrastructure technologies
- Architect and implement solutions for complex technical challenges

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of infrastructure and networking experience
- Deep knowledge of site reliability engineering and networking
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies
- CCIE or CCNP certification
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Ansible)
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Requirements For Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Network Rapid Response Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science related disciplines
- Minimally 10 years of Infrastructure and networking related experience
- Deep knowledge of site reliability engineering with focus on Networking
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies
- CCIE or CCNP certification
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Ansible etc.)
- Ability to articulate complex technical findings to management
