Lead Security Engineer - Attack Simulation

Take on a crucial role as a Lead Security Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls team. You'll be an integral part of delivering secure software solutions that prevent misuse, circumvention, and malicious behavior. As a core technical contributor, you'll be responsible for implementing critical technology solutions using tamper-proof, audit defensible methods across multiple technical areas.

The role requires extensive experience in cloud computing, particularly AWS, along with strong systems engineering and administration skills across Windows and Linux platforms. You'll work on executing creative security solutions, developing secure production code, and conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

As a senior member of the team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand security needs and recommend solutions during periods of vulnerability. Your expertise in threat modeling and implementing enterprise-level security solutions will be crucial in protecting one of the world's largest financial institutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of security engineering experience, advanced programming skills, and proficiency in AWS services. You should have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and deep knowledge of financial services IT systems. Cloud certifications, particularly AWS-focused ones, are strongly preferred.
