Lead Site Reliability Engineer - Azure SRE/DevOps - Neovest - Athens

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Neovest, you will hold a leadership role in your team, demonstrating strong knowledge across multiple technical domains and advising others on technical and business issues. This role is based in our new office in Athens, Greece, supporting our organic growth in the country and bolstering innovation efforts of our Payments and Markets business globally.

You will be responsible for conducting resiliency design reviews, breaking down complex problems into digestible work for other engineers, acting as a technical lead for medium to large-sized products, and providing mentorship. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Azure, strong programming skills, and deep knowledge of site reliability engineering practices.

Key responsibilities include championing SRE culture, leading reliability improvement initiatives, establishing service level objectives, and acting as the main point of contact during major incidents. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Azure Cloud products, Kubernetes, and various monitoring and observability tools.
