Lead Software Engineer / Oracle / HCM / Learning / Cloud

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Workforce Technology Team. The position involves working with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud applications, where you'll be responsible for executing creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. You'll maintain business processes, handle configuration documents, manage JIRA practices, and track service requests. The role requires expertise in Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Key responsibilities include improving and optimizing solutions, ensuring security and compliance, protecting data privacy, and conducting thorough testing of enhancements. You'll also review Oracle release notes, perform impact analysis, and collaborate with Oracle on service requests.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering, strong expertise in Oracle HCM Learning Cloud, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Oracle APIs, Visual Builder Studio, and Oracle HCM Learning Cloud Implementation Specialist Certification are preferred.
