Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack

As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

The role involves executing creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches. You'll be developing secure high-quality production code, reviewing others' work, and identifying automation opportunities. Leadership aspects include conducting evaluation sessions with vendors and leading communities of practice across Software Engineering.

Required technical skills include advanced knowledge of Java/Python, proficiency in software architecture, SQL databases, API services (REST/GraphQL), and frontend development with React. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies is valued.
