Lead Software Engineering - Java backend & FullStack

JPMorgan Chase's Asset and Wealth Management division is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a core technical contributor, you will be responsible for:

• Executing creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting
• Developing secure high-quality production code
• Leading evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams
• Driving awareness of new technologies
• Contributing to team culture

Technical requirements include:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, and SQL Databases
• Strong knowledge of Functional Programming and Microservices
• Cloud experience with Azure/AWS and Kubernetes
• Understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD
