Lead Technical Program Manager / PMO

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to join their Payments Technology team within the Commercial & Investment Bank division. This role offers an opportunity to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reach business goals across Payments Tech and CIB.

As a Lead TPM, you'll be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Program Management, PMO, workforce management, and finance/budget management practices to deliver complex, fast-paced programs successfully. You'll need to effectively manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams while utilizing strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change.

The role requires advanced communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management abilities to foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll develop and execute comprehensive project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
