As a ML and GenAI Engineer (Senior Associate), you'll be responsible for addressing complex business problems through data analysis, developing cutting-edge ML and LLM models, and deploying these solutions to production environments on AWS or Azure. Key technical areas include:
- Machine Learning and GenAI model development
- Cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS/Azure)
- Data pipeline development for both batch and real-time processing
- Full-stack development including frontend technologies
- Working with various ML frameworks and LLM technologies
The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, experience with cloud platforms, and expertise in machine learning technologies. Knowledge of finance or wealth management is beneficial but not required. - Responsible for setting direction, development, and implementation of lighthouse ML-driven solutions
- Collaborate across JPMorgan AWM's lines of business and functions to accelerate adoption of common AI capabilities
- Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines and deploy model inference services
- Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure
- Experiment, develop and productionize high quality machine learning models, services, and platforms
Requirements For ML and GenAI Engineer (senior associate) - JPMorgan Private Bank
- BS degree or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Machine Learning
- Minimum 5 years development experience including Data Science/Machine Learning Engineering
- Solid Python programming skills required; with other high-performance language such as Go a big plus
- Full-stack experience, including JavaScript frameworks such as React
- Expert knowledge of one of the cloud computing platforms preferred: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Kubernetes
- Experience in using GenAI (OpenAI or other models) to solve business problem
- Knowledge of data pipelines, both batch and real-time data processing on both SQL and NoSQL stores
- Deep knowledge in Data structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Statistics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with senior technical and business partners
