As a Principal Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) organization, you will be responsible for providing deep cybersecurity expertise and working across teams to identify, create, and communicate risk, mitigation options, and solutions. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your deep cross-domain expertise to bring together talent that will consistently create solutions, processes, and reusable proof-of-concept models for cybersecurity while remaining at the forefront of best practices for cybersecurity policy and technological advances.
You will be joining the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group, which aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cybersecurity strategy and development across multiple products and applications
- Translating complex technical issues for leadership decision-making
- Driving adoption of new technical methods in cybersecurity
- Creating reusable security frameworks to improve velocity and quality
- Developing cross-functional architectures
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion
Required qualifications:
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity architecture
- Programming language proficiency
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence
- Expertise in complex cybersecurity problem-solving
- Strong cloud native experience
- Product ownership experience
