As a Lead Security Engineer within the accelerator program, you'll be at the heart of bringing smart ideas to customers while focusing on security implementation and best practices.

Responsibilities For Product Security Lead Software Engineer
- Cultivate security culture and work with Product and Engineering colleagues
- Build secure products throughout the Product and Software Development Life Cycle
- Provide security best practice and build security design patterns
- Complete security architecture reviews, threat models and risk assessments
- Guide and define security practices and standards end-to-end
- Ensure secure environment deployment aligning with FIRM control requirements
- Support vulnerability management and internal security consultancy
Requirements For Product Security Lead Software Engineer
- Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts
- Extensive experience in engineering role with security focus
- Excellent knowledge of securing Micro-service architectures
- Excellent knowledge of securing Kubernetes environments
- Excellent knowledge of authentication methods (ODIC, OAuth 2, FIDO 2)
- Excellent knowledge of embedding security into CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS,GCP,Azure)
- Strong teaching and knowledge sharing abilities
- Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Clear communication skills
