You will be responsible for cultivating security culture, building secure products, and ensuring security thought leadership throughout the organization. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll be the security champion driving real risk reduction outcomes. Your role involves implementing technical controls, completing security architecture reviews, and staying current with security best practices.
The position requires extensive experience in security engineering, with expertise in Micro-service architectures, Kubernetes environments, and modern authentication methods. You should be comfortable working with cloud providers and have the ability to coach others on security practices. We're looking for someone who can adapt quickly, think long-term, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities For Product Security Lead Software Engineer
- Cultivate security culture working with Product and Engineering colleagues
- Build secure products throughout the Product and Software Development Life Cycle
- Provide security best practice and build security design patterns
- Complete security architecture reviews, threat models and risk assessments
- Guide and define security practices and standards end-to-end
- Work closely with Third Party Oversight teams to ensure effective technology risk management
- Support vulnerability management and internal security consultancy
Requirements For Product Security Lead Software Engineer
- Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts
- Extensive experience in an engineering role with heavy focus on security
- Excellent knowledge of securing Micro-service architectures
- Excellent knowledge of securing Kubernetes environments
- Excellent knowledge of authentication, authorization methods (ODIC, OAuth 2, FIDO 2)
- Excellent knowledge of modern SDLC practices with security in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with public cloud providers (AWS,GCP,Azure)
- Ability to coach team members on security coding practices
- Strong adaptability and quick learning capabilities
- Clear communication skills
