You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to configure and modify existing products, develop training materials, and engage with technical stakeholders to address product queries. The role requires expertise in Embedded Payment solutions and the ability to translate client needs into technical requirements for SaaS platforms, Marketplaces, and Fintechs.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record of working in complex organizations. You'll need to demonstrate proficiency in supporting technical design and working with clients in technology fields. Experience with payment rails like ACH, RTP, Wires, and Push-to-debit is preferred.
