Senior Principal Software Engineer (AI in Operations)

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading strategy and development across multiple AI/ML products and technologies
• Overseeing a team working on AI use case prototypes from ideation to execution
• Partnering with ML Center of Excellence and various AI/ML teams
• Creating novel code solutions and driving new production capabilities
• Translating complex technical issues to leadership
• Driving adoption of technical methods and creating reusable frameworks

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Extensive hands-on AI/ML technology experience
• Expert-level programming skills
• Cloud native experience
• Strong background in Computer Science or related field
• Experience influencing across functions and delivering at scale
