Site Reliability Engineer-III

Play a key role in ensuring system reliability at one of the world's most iconic and largest financial institutions.

As a Site Reliability Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Agency Securities Finance team of Commercial Investment Banking line of business, you will use technology to solve business problems and leverage software engineering best practices as we strive towards excellence. This role often works independently to execute small to medium projects, but you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams to continually improve your level of knowledge about JPMorgan Chase's business and relevant technologies.

The role involves:

• Executing small to medium projects independently
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code following best practices
• Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving incidents
• Implementing and improving service level indicators and monitoring
• Working with observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Using Java programming and SQL database skills
• Working with container technologies and Linux systems
