Responsibilities For Software Engineer III - Application Support/SRE
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborates with teams to implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines
- Designs and implements availability, reliability, and scalability solutions
- Implements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code
- Creates secure and high-quality production code
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications

Requirements For Software Engineer III - Application Support/SRE
- 3+ years applied experience in software engineering
- Proficient in site reliability culture and principles
- Proficient in Python and Java/Spring Boot
- Experience in system design, application development, and testing
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform)
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
