  • Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
  • Collaborates with teams to implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Designs and implements availability, reliability, and scalability solutions
  • Implements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code
  • Creates secure and high-quality production code
  • Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications

Requirements For Software Engineer III - Application Support/SRE

  • 3+ years applied experience in software engineering
  • Proficient in site reliability culture and principles
  • Proficient in Python and Java/Spring Boot
  • Experience in system design, application development, and testing
  • Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform)
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
