We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset and Wealth Management Technology division. You'll be responsible for improving, designing, and implementing software elements of cutting-edge technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. As a key member of the software engineering team, you'll execute software solutions by designing, developing, and troubleshooting various components within technical products, applications, and systems. The role focuses on developing the application stack to facilitate analytics/AI solutions, directly impacting client and employee experiences worldwide. You'll work with modern technologies including Python, Node.js, and React, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions. Responsibilities For Software Engineer III
- Design, deploy and manage software solutions in the financial services domain
- Write secure and high-quality code with limited guidance
- Design, develop, code, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems
- Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements For Software Engineer III
- 3+ years applied experience in software engineering
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
- Programming skills in Python with experience in Node.JS & React
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Experience with GIT and version control systems
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with cloud deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
