This role combines technical leadership with team management, focusing on creating and managing a connectivity team that supports Treasury Services onboarding business.
The position requires a blend of technical expertise in infrastructure engineering, cloud technologies, and connectivity protocols, along with strong leadership and team management skills. You'll be responsible for setting team strategy, partnering with internal functions, and continuously improving implementation processes and client experience.
As a leader in this role, you'll manage a team of Product Implementation professionals, ensuring excellent client service while maintaining technical standards. The role involves about 20% travel to visit clients and internal partners. You'll work within the Commercial & Investment Bank division, one of the largest wholesale banking client franchises globally.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $95,500-$153,000, plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare coverage, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and mental health support.
