Description For U.S. Custody Product Manager - Executive Director (ED)

With approximately $30.0 trillion of Assets under Custody and over $500 billion in cash deposits, the CIB provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk and extends liquidity in markets worldwide.

The U.S. Custody Product Manager role is a senior-level position within Global Custody Product Management, responsible for overseeing all aspects of custody services in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will drive and maintain servicing capabilities aligned with U.S. market practices and serve as a key contributor to the global Custody business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the modernization, growth, and maintenance of the U.S. custody strategy
  • Liaise with local market infrastructure and service providers
  • Develop and execute market initiatives aligned with global Securities Services
  • Represent the custody product with regulators and market infrastructure groups
  • Coordinate across Operations, Client Service, and Technology
  • Maintain strong focus on risk and controls

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in U.S. custody
  • Comprehensive knowledge of custody lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environment
  • Proven track record in change management
