JumpCloud is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their rapidly expanding Pre-Sales Engineering team. As a Sales Engineer, you'll act as a technical trusted advisor, providing consultative support for organizations evaluating the JumpCloud platform. You'll be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, uncovering customer pain points, and aligning JumpCloud solutions to those challenges. You'll support direct and partner sales teams, build relationships with partners through technical enablement and co-selling, and assist prospects with setup and configuration of time-based trials. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a strong technical acumen. You'll work in a fast-paced SaaS environment, collaborating with talented individuals across departments to solve challenging technical problems.
