As a Sales Engineer, you'll join their Pre-Sales Engineering team, playing a crucial role in supporting sales functions and driving revenue growth. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, solving complex technical challenges, and helping prospects understand the full value of JumpCloud's solutions. Responsibilities For Sales Engineer - Australia

  • Acting as technical trusted advisor for organizations evaluating JumpCloud platform
  • Providing tailored product demonstrations
  • Uncovering customer pain points and aligning JumpCloud solutions
  • Supporting direct and partner sales teams
  • Building relationships with partners through technical enablement
  • Assisting prospects with setup and configuration of trials
  • Providing technical Q&A to prospects
  • Assessing prospect readiness for formal sales cycle
  • Advising on implementation best practices
  • Identifying common technical issues for product development
  • Providing evaluation framework for POC

Requirements For Sales Engineer - Australia

  • 2-7 years experience in technical Sales Engineering or similar role
  • Experience working in the ANZ region
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud/SaaS technologies
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory environments
  • Understanding of network architecture
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC/OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS)
  • Familiarity with MDM, RMM, or similar endpoint solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Australia
