JustAnswer, founded in 2003, is seeking a Global IT Technical Support Engineer to join their Engineering team. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality IT support across global offices and remote employees. The company has helped 10 million customers in 196 countries by answering more than 16 million questions through their platform of 12,000+ verified experts.

The ideal candidate will manage IT services including Microsoft 365, antivirus, and patch management while supporting offices globally. You'll be responsible for asset tracking, system setup/deactivation, and equipment configuration. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you'll work with teams in Ukraine and India.

The position requires 2-5 years of IT helpdesk experience, with expertise in VPNs, network management, Active Directory, and security protocols.   • Support Global IT team in managing services including Microsoft 365, antivirus, and patch management
