As a Manufacturing Engineer in our growing Manufacturing Engineering & Sustaining group, you'll play a crucial role in debugging and ramping up automation equipment for next-generation products.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $117,000 to $143,000 USD and requires living within 75 miles of Cookeville, TN, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You'll be responsible for working with OEMs to troubleshoot advanced automation equipment, implement improvements to reduce yield loss, and manage sustaining engineering operations.
The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated industry. You should have a strong background in high-speed automation, robot control, vision systems (preferably Omron), and PLC control. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
