Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

The role demands expertise in manufacturing engineering, focusing on the definition, planning, coordination, design, and execution of manufacturing mechanical fixturing and automation equipment. You'll be responsible for process flow implementation for new products, sustaining operations, and capacity expansion for Juul devices, pods, and accessories.

Your responsibilities will span across critical areas including field and site acceptance testing, PFMEA, process and equipment validation, process documentation, factory training, and spare parts management. The position requires strong collaboration with Product Development teams for requirements specifications, design reviews, and manufacturability assessments, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives for sustaining operations.

Key technical requirements include proficiency in Solidworks 3D modeling, experience with automation manufacturing systems, and expertise in methodologies such as DFM, PFMEA, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing. The role offers competitive compensation varying by location, with ranges from $112,000 to $184,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and equity opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical), with 7+ years of relevant experience in high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing.
