Staff Mechanical Engineer

This is a hands-on role for a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Juul Labs, responsible for designing innovative, cost-efficient, and reliable new products. The role involves driving concept validation through analysis, prototyping, and testing, while working with cross-functional teams to manage product requirements. Key responsibilities include leading engineering activities from concept to mass production, taking ownership of high-level work, and designing complex system DoEs across multiple engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant Mechanical Engineering experience, expertise in 3D MCAD (preferably Solidworks), and a strong background in prototyping. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a high-paced global environment, and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
