The ideal candidate will bring a first-principles approach to spacecraft testing, with experience in both hands-on technical work and cross-team collaboration. This role offers competitive compensation ($100,000-$135,000 plus equity) and comprehensive benefits, including unlimited PTO and full healthcare coverage. Located in Los Angeles, you'll be part of a team pushing the boundaries of spacecraft innovation, with the opportunity to grow from manual operations to developing fully automated systems. This position requires U.S. Person status due to ITAR regulations but welcomes candidates with non-traditional career paths who share our passion for revolutionary spacecraft development.
