Senior Frontend Developer

Kahoot! is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 5+ years of web development experience, focusing on TypeScript and React. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience with WebGL/WebGPU rendering frameworks like PixiJS and a good understanding of animation techniques using libraries such as GSAP and Spine. This role offers the opportunity to work on a highly skilled team, developing and maintaining first-class pedagogical games and experiences for Kahoot!'s learning platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• UI development in React
• Gameplay development and animation implementation
• Working with audio engineers to implement sound and music effects
• Participating in design and product meetings

The position is available as both remote and hybrid in locations such as Poland, Norway, and Spain, reporting to the hiring manager in Norway.
