Responsibilities For Senior Engineering Operations Engineer
- Lead commissioning, testing, and operations of Engineering Test Unit (ETU)
- Develop procedures and training material for Engineering Test Unit and Salt Production Facility plants
- Troubleshoot equipment, electrical and instrumentation issues
- Lead and conduct Pre-Job briefs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams on test scope and hazards
- Operate SCADA/HMI/Control Boards and high temperature systems
- Conduct plant rounds to check equipment operation
- Follow standard operating and emergency procedures
- Develop testing procedures
- Ensure safety compliance
Requirements For Senior Engineering Operations Engineer
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- Experience with commissioning and operations of complex plants
- Expertise in NDT methods
- 7+ years experience in operations environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with high temperature test systems preferred
- Procedure writing and execution experience
- Ability to work in collaborative team
- Physical capability to work in various conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
