Semi Senior - Senior React Developer

Kaizen Softworks, founded in 2014, is seeking a Semi Senior/Senior React Developer to join their team. The company has grown to over 60 people working in an agile, collaborative, and self-managed environment where continuous improvement is the main driver. They work on diverse projects across industries such as e-commerce, IoT, logistics, fitness, insurance, tourism, and more.

This role is for a project with a leading Australian multinational in the travel management sector. The company provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for the corporate market, offering services that optimize travel management and improve customer experience.

The main objective of this project is to migrate a platform currently developed in AngularJS to ReactJS. This migration aims not only to modernize the underlying technology but also to improve the performance, scalability, and responsiveness of the platform, aligning with current best practices and technological trends.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the migration of the platform from AngularJS to ReactJS.
• Develop new functionalities and improve existing ones using ReactJS.
• Ensure code quality through good development practices and testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture and performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing in ReactJS.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge in AngularJS.
• Experience in migrating technology platforms.
