  • Build delightful product experiences that enhance customer engagement
  • Develop user journeys that simplify complex financial information
  • Ship and iterate on experiments rapidly
  • Analyze performance metrics and user feedback
  • Create dashboards, charts, widgets, shareables, notifications, and recommendation systems
  • Build landing pages and viral features
  • Develop templated solutions for non-engineers

Requirements For Growth Engineer

  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Strong programming skills with emphasis on front-end (React + TypeScript)
  • Track record of building viral applications
  • Strong customer intuition and consumer sensibility
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
  • Performance-minded development approach
  • Passion for prediction markets and/or financial markets
  • NextJS experience and extensive charting experience (nice to have)
  • Experience in consumer fintech (bonus)
