Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Java/MySQL/AWS)

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Backend development with expertise in Java, MySQL, and AWS. This is a remote position within the Engineering department, offering a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional backend software development experience, with strong skills in Java and MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and MySQL
• Work with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Extensive experience with MySQL databases
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
