Keeper Security is hiring a Systems Support Engineer for their B2B APAC support team in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves providing complex technical support and resolution analysis for Keeper's cybersecurity software, which is trusted by millions of people and thousands of organizations globally. The Systems Support Engineer will work closely with business customers, communicate technical information to users with varying levels of expertise, and play a key role in post-sale technical assistance and customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online support
- Representing customers to ensure issue resolution and product improvement
- Assisting with software installation and deployment
- Tracking and monitoring support cases
- Documenting and solving customer issues and product problems
- Escalating critical situations to appropriate teams
- Communicating technical issues and solutions to various departments
- Communicating in both Japanese and English
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Bilingual in Japanese with English proficiency for business purposes
- Experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration
- Knowledge of SSO, Active Directory, firewalls, DNS servers, and authentication protocols
- Advanced Linux Shell and PowerShell skills
- In-depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Python
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, experience with PAM solutions, adaptability, and excellent time management skills.
