Keeper Security is hiring a Systems Support Engineer to join their B2B APAC support team in Tokyo, Japan. The role involves providing complex technical support and resolution analysis for Keeper's cybersecurity software, which is trusted by millions of people and thousands of organizations globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online support
- Assisting customers with installation and deployment of Keeper's software products
- Tracking and resolving support cases in a timely manner
- Escalating critical issues to appropriate management and engineering teams
- Communicating technical issues and solutions to various teams and customers
- Working in both Japanese and English languages
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Hands-on experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration
- Experience with SSO environments and Active Directory configuration
- Advanced knowledge of firewalls, AD environments, DNS servers, and authentication protocols
- Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
- In-depth knowledge of on-premises/cloud/hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Python
