Keeper Security, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Systems Support Engineer to join their B2B support team. This role offers flexibility with both remote and hybrid options for Chicago-based candidates. The company provides zero-trust, privileged access management solutions trusted by millions globally.

As a Systems Support Engineer, you'll be part of an elite team handling post-sale technical assistance and customer experience. The role demands expertise in system administration, focusing on supporting business customers with varying technical backgrounds. You'll work with multiple operating systems, SSO environments, and identity access management solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of IT Management experience, strong technical skills across various platforms, and excellent communication abilities. You'll handle technical support requests, manage case resolution, and serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities For Systems Support Engineer

  • Provide technical support via phone, email and online requests
  • Track and advocate for customer serviceability and product quality issues
  • Assist customers with software installation and deployment
  • Monitor and track support cases for timely resolution
  • Document and solve customer issues and product problems
  • Escalate critical customer situations to management and engineering
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions across teams

Requirements For Systems Support Engineer

Python
Linux
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
  • Experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments
  • Experience setting up Active Directory
  • Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
  • Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
  • Knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with identity access management and PAM solutions
