Chief Engineer

With 23 satellites already in orbit and a growing customer base, Kepler is expanding its operations and seeking a Chief Engineer to lead technical execution for US Government partnerships.

The role demands a seasoned professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of satellite development programs, from initial design through to orbital operations. As Chief Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining technical excellence while managing program costs and schedules. You'll work closely with Program, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of critical projects.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in space technology, with a strong background in technical leadership and government contracting. You'll need to demonstrate exceptional ability in translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies, while maintaining strong relationships with US Government customers.
