Responsibilities For EUC Cloud Engineer

  • Design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktops
  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Entra identity solutions
  • Utilize Intune for device management and security compliance
  • Provide escalation support for end-user devices, M365 services
  • Develop and maintain documentation for end-user computing
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for seamless integration
  • Monitor and optimize performance and security
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends in end-user computing

Requirements For EUC Cloud Engineer

  • Proven skills with PowerShell scripting (Must Have)
  • Experience in solution design for end-user computing, Microsoft, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MacOS desirable
  • Experience with device management tools like Intune and JAMF
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra AD, InTune, Conditional Access
  • Deep understanding of security concepts
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure Administrator certifications preferred
