Responsibilities For IT Engineer

  • Designing and implementing efficient computer systems and networks
  • Monitoring and maintaining organization's infrastructure
  • Identifying opportunities for automation of IT processes
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Serving as escalation point for end-user technical support
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures
  • Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations
  • Maintaining system documentation
  • Managing projects for yourself and the team

Requirements For IT Engineer

Python
Linux
  • 2 years of experience in a similar IT role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA)
  • Proficiency with Windows & macOS operating systems
  • Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with MDM & RMM platforms
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fully SaaS, start-up environment
