Senior / Staff Mobile Engineer

We're looking for a world-class engineer with deep experience in mobile software development to join our team. As a Senior / Staff Mobile Engineer at Kindred, you will:

• Serve as technology lead and own key decisions including the tech stack and strategy for all aspects of mobile development
• Work directly with the co-founders, CTO, product designers, and engineers to build our platform
• Help establish and grow our engineering organization and mentor the next generation of technology leaders
• Have access to our bench of world-class technical advisors and angels for mentorship and support as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of technical experience building consumer-facing applications with iOS or Android
• Experience building, testing, and scaling large-scale mobile applications
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native
• Understanding of native mobile app toolchains on iOS or Android
• Demonstrated success as a tech lead on critical projects
• Prior experience at a high-growth stage company
